Generally Speaking

Plans

I’ve slowly started to relapse into spending all of my free time in front of the TV or online. I just have to get away from reading, which is all of my school work. So, instead, I am making plans to have Pinterest inspired projects going. These will provide me with something productive to do when I can’t stand to study anymore. Here are a couple of things I have in mind to keep me productive in the coming months:

• Lengthen our bedroom curtain panel by adding a gathered top and hang tabs; Line it so that it blocks out the security light more.
• Sew simple curtains for our sliding glass door to the patio. Joann’s is having a sale on home decor fabrics this week and I have determined that while I could buy window panels on sale for the same price of making them, I would rather be able to choose from a multitude of fabrics (and do a little work) than just buy the curtain color no one wants…
• Dry erase calendar for the kitchen…I still have yet to find a cheap enough frame.
• Artwork for the house.
• Pillows for the couch.
